释义	法律分析：移除经营异常名单的周期是三年。法律依据：《企业经营异常名录管理暂行办法》第十条被列入经营异常名录的企业自列入之日起3年内依照《企业信息公示暂行条例》规定履行公示义务的，可以向作出列入决定的工商行政管理部门申请移出经营异常名录。工商行政管理部门依照前款规定将企业移出经营异常名录的，应当作出移出决定，并通过企业信用信息公示系统公示。移出决定应当包括企业名称、注册号、移出日期、移出事由、作出决定机关。
