释义	法律分析：股东出资的违法行为有虚假出资和抽逃出资。有以上行为的要承担相应的法律责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百九十九条公司的发起人、股东虚假出资，未交付或者未按期交付作为出资的货币或者非货币财产的，由公司登记机关责令改正，处以虚假出资金额百分之五以上百分之十五以下的罚款。第二百条公司的发起人、股东在公司成立后，抽逃其出资的，由公司登记机关责令改正，处以所抽逃出资金额百分之五以上百分之十五以下的罚款。
