释义	法律分析：是假的。人民法院向当事人发出的法律文书，包括传票、通知、裁定、判决等都应该以书面的方式送达到本人，本人同意以其他方式送达的除外，找不到人的也应该以公告的方式（登报、法院公告）的方式送达，否则不发生法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十七条　经受送达人认可，人民法院能够采用传真、电子邮件等能够确认其收悉的方式送达诉讼文书，但裁判书、裁定书、调解书除外。　　采用前款方式送达的，以传真、电子邮件等到达受送达人特定系统的日子为送达日子。
