释义	（一）建立学后托管服务工作机制。学校应当建立小学生放学后托管服务工作机制，明确服务对象、时间、内容、组织方式等，告知学生家长并在公示栏内公布。（二）科学合理确定学后托管服务的内容与形式。正确定位学后托管服务工作的性质，学后托管服务应以基础性看管照顾服务为主。托管服务的组织形式、活动内容应从校情出发，各校可以有所不同，但必须做到不上课、不集中辅导、不加重学生课业负担。法律依据《关于推行小学生放学后托管服务工作的实施意见》第二条
