释义	法律分析：立案时找不到人，一般会采用公告送达的方式。公告送达会在法院的公告栏和受送达人住所地张贴公告，或者在媒体上发布公告，公告期为60天，经过60天后，视为送达。公告的内容应为公告送达的原因、起诉状或者上诉状副本、答辩期限及逾期不答辩的法律后果、出庭的时间地点以及逾期不出庭的法律后果等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十二条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。
