卖车 不过户，只签个合同可以吗？

卖车没过户有协议可以有效，车辆买卖以交付的时候发生效力。但是二手车不办过户，只签协议存在着法律风险。
签订了协议没有过户的，只要是双方真实意思的体现，双方签字按手印，注明年月日，没有在胁迫或欺骗前提签字，这份协议就是有效的，对双方当事人有法律约束力。

《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百二十四条 动产物权的设立和转让，自交付时发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
