成都市锦江区户口迁入条件具体如下：
1、学历入户。入户中心城区，需达到大专学历或中级技师直称，并在45岁以下，且落实工作单位。入户郊区市县，须达到中专学历或初级技术职称，并在45岁以下且落实工作单位；
2、购房入户。购买70平方米以上的商品房和二手房便可入户，但人均住房面积不得低于上一年人均住房面积标准；
3、针对学历偏低、收入偏低的人群，有居住期满入户政策。办理居住证满两年，购买社保满两年，同时拥有人居住房面积不低于16平方米的住房，便可入户；
4、投资入户政策，中心城区投资达到50万元、县城投资达到30万元及建制镇投资达到15万元的投资人员，经营时间为1年，且拥有人均住房面积不低于16平方米的住房，便可入户；
5、纳税入户政策，两年纳税达到3万元或一年纳税达到2万元的人口，在拥有人居住房面积不低于16平米的住房后可入户；
6、投靠入户。投靠入户政策包括3类方式，即未满18岁的未成年人投靠父母，夫妻关系投靠，已办理退休或男性满60岁女性满55岁的父母投靠成年子女。

公民迁出本户口管辖区，由本人或者户主在迁出前向户口登记机关申报迁出登记，领取迁移证件，注销户口。
公民由农村迁往城市，必须持有城市劳动部门的录用证明，学校的录取证明，或者城市户口登记机关的准予迁入的证明，向常住地户口登记机关申请办理迁出手续。
公民迁往边防地区，必须经过常住地县、市、市辖区公安机关批准。
