释义	终止上市，就是失去了在交易所挂牌交易的资格，又称为摘牌。《证券法》也明确规定，不符合条件的上市公司应按《公司法》的规定退出市场。交易所上市规则规定，上市公司在接到中国证监会终止其股票上市的通知后，应当在指定报纸发布《终止股票上市公告书》，并应载明以下内容：(1)终止上市股票的种类、简称、证券代码以及终止上市的日期(2)中国证监会终止其上市的决定(3)中国证监会要求的其它内容(4)交易所认为有必要的其它内容。不过，目前中国沪深两市还没有出现公司摘牌的先例。
