释义	提前还款收取违约金是合法的。提前还款的违约金是在借贷款双方的合同中共同认可的条款，一旦借款方在指定的时间内提前还清全部贷款，或大部分本金，借款人将支付一笔违约金。违约金一般是按照提前还款时的未结余额的百分比计算(一般是2%到5%);或规定若干个月份的利息。但最高违约金受到合同或法律的约束。
