释义	法律分析: 犯罪嫌疑人经公安机关传唤不到案的，先不会在网上列为在逃人员进行追逃，但公安机关会采取拘传强制措施使犯罪嫌疑人强制到案。法律依据: 《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第七十四条公安机关根据案件情况对需要拘传的犯罪嫌疑人，或者经过传唤没有正当理由不到案的犯罪嫌疑人，可以拘传到其所在市、县内的指定地点进行讯问。需要拘传的，应当填写呈请拘传报告书，并附有关材料，报县级以上公安机关负责人批准。
