释义	法律分析: 行政拘留不一定会抄送单位。按照法定程序，公安机关作出行政拘留处罚的，应当及时将处罚情况和执行场所通知被处罚人家属。如果通知不到家属的，可以通知其所在单位。《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第九十七条公安机关应当向被处罚人宣告治安管理处罚决定书，并当场交付被处罚人；无法当场向被处罚人宣告的，应当在二日内送达被处罚人。决定给予行政拘留处罚的，应当及时通知被处罚人的家属。有被侵害人的，公安机关应当将决定书副本抄送被侵害人。
