开公司上半天班合法吗？
释义
合法。规定每天工作8个小时，每天加班时间不能超过三小时，一个星期至少安排休息一天，延长上班时间而没有计算相应的报酬属于违法。国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。正常加班工资支付标准是正常工资的1.5倍，周六周日加班是双倍工资，节假日是3倍。
