释义	法律分析：著作权纠纷可以调解解决，调解应当在当事人自愿的原则下进行，一方当事人不能强迫对方当事人接受自己的意志，第三人也不能强迫调解。或者果当事人之间发生了著作权合同纠纷或者著作权人的权利受到侵害，可以依照民事诉讼法的规定，向人民法院提起诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国著作权法》第五十五条著作权纠纷可以调解，也可以根据当事人达成的书面仲裁协议或者著作权合同中的仲裁条款，向仲裁机构申请仲裁。当事人没有书面仲裁协议,B没有在著作权合同中订立仲裁条款的，可以直接向人民法院起诉。
