释义	法律分析：春节期间除法定节假日员工请事假一般是不发工资的。法定节假日期间的请假不属于请假，不能计入请假的日期，工资是照发的，其他的事假期间工资是不发的。所以法定节假日有工资，事假可以没有。在很多公司的考勤管理制度中，请事假都是扣当天工资。日工资=月工资/21.75。年假、婚假等合法带薪假期一般都不会扣工资，是全额发放的如果请假是请病假的话，是另外一种情况。请病假且有相关证明，一般是发放病假工资，不得低于当地最低工资标准的80%。
