释义	我国的法律中对于判处管制、拘役、有期徒刑的，应当在刑事裁判文书中写明刑种、刑期和主刑刑期的起止日期及折抵办法。刑期从判决执行之日起计算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十一条管制的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算；判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期二日。第四十四条拘役的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算；判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。第四十七条有期徒刑的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算；判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日
