释义	法律分析：企业兼并流程如下：1、公司召开股东会，就公司兼并进行表决；2、如公司股东会通过兼并的决议；3、审计、资产评估；4、签订兼并协议；5、通知债权人，并进行公告。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十条企业兼并协议自当事人签字盖章之日起生效。需经政府主管部门批准的，兼并协议自批准之日起生效;未经批准的，企业兼并协议不生效。但当事人在一审法庭辩论终结前补办报批手续的，人民法院应当确认该兼并协议有效。第三十二条企业进行吸收合并时，参照公司法的有关规定，公告通知了债权人。
