释义	法律分析: 有血缘关系的父子断绝父子关系没有法律效力。父子关系不能自行解除,即使双方自愿订立“解除父子关系协议”也是无效的。我国法律没有对声明断绝父母子女关系作出具体的规定,因此,声明断绝父母子女关系没有法律依据,依法不受法律保护。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十五条亲属包括配偶、血亲和姻亲。配偶、父母、子女、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女为近亲属。配偶、父母、子女和其他共同生活的近亲属为家庭成员。
