释义	法律分析：冻结金额就是暂时不能使用的金额。在不同的场合不同的环境，具体内涵不一样。比如，在股票交易场合，冻结金额是指委托买入证券（股票、基金、权证等）时被冻结的资金。如果撤销委托，就会立即解除冻结，还原为可用金额。如果当天没有撤销委托，需待第二天会自动解除冻结，还原为可用金额。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百四十二条被执行人未按执行通知履行法律文书确定的义务，人民法院有权向有关单位查询被执行人的存款、债券、股票、基金份额等财产情况。
