释义	法律分析：从法律上来说子女十八周岁以后父母对其就没有抚养义务了，对于年满18周岁，身体健康、智力正常、具有劳动能力的子女，只要已经结束了高中及其以下的学历教育就不能再要求父母承担抚养费了；即使由于考上大学仍在学校接受教育，此时父母也无付给子女抚养费的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
