法律分析：
1、失业保险金标准的计算
失业人员第1个月至第12个月领取的失业保险金标准，按照所缴纳失业保险费的年限确定；第13个月至第24个月领取的失业保险金标准，为其第1个月至第12个月领取标准的80％。失业保险金标准一般都低于本市当年最低工资标准、高于本市当年城镇居民最低生活保障标准。
2、领取失业保险金的期限计算
失业人员领取失业保险金的期限，按照失业前累计缴纳的失业保险费的年限(扣除已领取失业保险金的缴纳失业保险费年限) 计算。累计缴纳失业保险费满1年不满2年的，领取失业保险金的期限为2个月；累计缴纳失业保险费年限每增1年，期限增加2个月。累计缴纳失业保险费满1年不满5年的，期限最长为12个月；累计缴纳失业保险费满5年不满10年的，期限最长为18个月；累计缴纳失业保险费10年以上的，期限最长为24个月。

《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第七十三条 劳动者在下列情形下，依法享受社会保险待遇：(一)退休;(二)患病、负伤;(三)因工伤残或者患职业病;(四)失业;(五)生育。劳动者死亡后，其遗属依法享受遗属津贴。 劳动者享受社会保险待遇的条件和标准由法律、法规规定。 劳动者享受的社会保险金必须按时足额支付。
