是不可以的，只有归侨、华侨子女、归侨子女和台湾省籍考生可在本科或专科层次录取时，在其统考成绩总分的基础上增加15分投档给高等学校择优录取。法条根据：《中华人民共和国教育法》 第三十七条 受教育者在入学、升学、就业等方面依法享有平等权利。学校和有关行政部门应当按照国家有关规定，保障女子在入学、升学、就业、授予学位、派出留学等方面享有同男子平等的权利。
