释义	以虚假或者引人误解的内容欺骗、误导消费者的，构成虚假广告，违反了《中华人民共和国广告法》对于广告真实性的最基本的要求。由于虚假广告传递的是虚假的信息，会误导消费者和使用者，一旦消费者接受了广告所传递的虚假信息，就会给消费者造成或大或小的损失，严重的会给消费者造成人身或财产的损害。所以《中华人民共和国广告法》中一再强调广告主真实，不得含有虚假内容，违背了法律的规定，就应承担相应的法律责任。该内容由严达兴律师和法律部落共创回答
