释义	法律主观：根据《广东省企业职工假期待遇死亡抚恤待遇暂行规定》（粤劳薪[1997]115号）第四条的规定，员工的直系亲属（指父母、配偶和子女）死亡，可给予3天以内的丧假；员工配偶的父母死亡，经单位领导批准，可给予3天以内丧假；需到外地料理丧事的，深圳市关于丧假的规定可根据路程远近给予路程假，途中交通费由员工自理。本规定所称父母，包括生父母、养父母和有抚养关系的继父母；所称子女，包括婚生子女、非婚生子女、养子女和有抚养关系的继子女，其中婚生子女、非婚生子女包括遗腹子女。
