释义	法律分析：亲生父母遗弃孩子当然是犯法的。亲生父母对年幼的或者患病的孩童拒绝扶养，情节恶劣的，或者以不扶养儿童的目的，将儿童遗弃在热闹的街区，或者妇幼保健院门口的构成遗弃罪，尚不构成犯罪的，由公安部门处以罚款。在遗弃的过程中造成孩子人身伤害的，可能造成故意伤害罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百六十一条对于年老、年幼、患病或者其他没有独立生活能力的人，负有扶养义务而拒绝扶养，情节恶劣的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
