释义	未成年人订立的合同不一定有效。十六周岁以上不满十八周岁的，只要合同没有其他效力瑕疵的，合同就是有效的；八周岁以上和不满八周岁的，合同经法定代理人追认后，合同有效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十五条限制民事行为能力人实施的纯获利益的民事法律行为或者与其年龄、智力、精神健康状况相适应的民事法律行为有效；实施的其他民事法律行为经法定代理人同意或者追认后有效。
