释义	持有公司股份的离职的员工，一般要按照公司离职单，办理退股手续的，因此，除了辞职前面的分红外，辞职后，就不能参与分红。如果公司是上市公司，那么员工辞职不需要退股份，而且享受分红。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十四条股东按照实缴的出资比例分取红利；公司新增资本时，股东有权优先按照实缴的出资比例认缴出资。但是，全体股东约定不按照出资比例分取红利或者不按照出资比例优先认缴出资的除外。
