释义	法律分析: 算，商业房共有人出租房屋，其中的共有人隐性参与他人承租，承租期间经营方式发生改变，不构成承租人未经出租人同意转租之情形，应认定租赁合同有效。出租人请求解除合同的，不予支持法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零九条承租人应当按照约定的方法使用租赁物。对租赁物的使用方法没有约定或者约定不明确，依照本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，应当按照租赁物的性质使用。
