释义	法律分析: 一般情况下，兄弟姐妹之间是没有扶养义务的，只有在特定的情况下，兄弟姐妹之间才有受法律约束的抚养义务。法律依据: 《民法典》第一千零七十五条有负担能力的兄、姐，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年弟、妹，有扶养的义务。由兄、姐扶养长大的有负担能力的弟、妹，对于缺乏劳动能力又缺乏生活来源的兄、姐，有扶养的义务。《老年人权益保障法》第十六条由兄、姐抚养的弟、妹成年后，有负担能力的，对年老无赡养人的兄、姐有抚养的义务。
