释义	税务机关依法进行税务检查时，有权向有关单位和个人调查纳税人、扣缴义务人和其他当事人与纳税或者代扣代缴、代收代缴税款有关的情况，有关单位和个人有义务向税务机关如实提供有关资料及证明材料。税务机关调查税务违法案件时，对与案件有关的情况和资料，可以记录、录音、录像、照相和复制。税务机关派出的人员进行税务检查时，应当出示税务检查证和税务检查通知书，并有责任为被检查人保守秘密；未出示税务检查证和税务检查通知书的，被检查人有权拒绝检查。法律依据《审计法》第三十三条
