陪产假什么时候到底什么时候请 |

陪产假并无规定一定在“妻子生产的那天请”，但既然是“陪产”的专门假期，应该是在老婆生产的当月“陪产”。国家没有统一规定的“陪产假”，而这个假期的规定，原出自于各省市《人口与计划生育条例》，是一对夫妻作为响应政府计划生育晚婚婚育的号召而推出的一项优惠政策。其专一性是不言而喻的。因此，虽没有规定该假期应该在哪天享受，但其“专一性”却注定了其应当在“老婆生产”期间享受。
一、陪产假一定要生完吗
陪产假一般从妻子分娩的那天起算。陪产假一般是15天，各省市规定不同，例如北京市：机关、企业事业单位、社会团体和其他组织的女职工，按规定生育的，除享受国家规定的产假外，享受生育奖励假三十天，其配偶享受陪产假十五天。
二、男方陪产假多少天？
《中华人民共和国劳动法》并未明确指出男人的陪产假，具体要根据所在城市地方政府各地的计划生育条例的规定执行。但是作为合法夫妻，男方享受的有一定时间看护、照料对方的权利。
比如说根据《上海市人口与计划生育条例》第三十三条符合本条例规定生育的晚育妇女，除享受国家规定的产假外，增加晚育假三十天，其配偶享受晚育护理假三天。根据《河北省人口与计划生育条例》第二十八条规定：依法办理结婚登记的公民，除享受国家规定的婚假外，延长婚假十五天；符合法律法规规定生育子女的夫妻，除享受国家规定的产假外，延长产假六十天，并给予配偶护理假十五天。
