释义	法律分析：不能算事假，如果算事假就不合法。法律依据：《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》第四十一条在隔离期间,实施隔离措施的人民政府应当对被隔离人员提供生活保障隔离人员有工作单位的,所在单位不得停止支付其隔离期间的工作报酬。同时《突发事件应对法》明确社会安全事件发生时,对于人民政府采取的应急处置措施:如中止人员密集的活动或者可能导致危害扩大的生产经营活动,以及封锁有关场所、道路,查验现场人员的身份证件,限制有关公共场所内的活动关单位及个人均应服从,否则均会受到相应的行政处罚。
