释义	法律分析：如果婚姻基础和婚后感情都比较好，人民法院应配合现役军人所在单位对军人的配偶进行说服教育，劝其珍惜与军人的婚姻关系，正确对待婚姻问题，尽量调解和好或判决不予离婚。但是，如果感情确已破裂，确实无法继续维持夫妻关系，经调解无效，人民法院应当通过军人所在单位的政治机关，向军人做好工作，经其同意后，始得准予离。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十一条现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。
