释义	法律分析：违法。合同一方当事人私自簒改合同的，改动内容无效或导致合同无效，但一般不会构成犯罪。不过，若通过簒改合同实施诈骗等违法行为且情节后果严重的，则可涉嫌犯罪。合同一般是一式数份，对其中一份的涂改并不能改变合同的内容，如果有争议，可以对合同进行鉴定，非常容易查出是否被涂改。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。第五百四十四条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
