释义	法律分析：脚刑是指对脚趾、脚心、脚跟、脚弓施于的刑法。脚是人最敏感的部位之一。从古代到现代，被用脚刑的人数不胜数从古至今的酷刑多种多样，施用于人体的各个部位，人的双脚，尤其是女性的脚底板是颇为敏感的，对各种感觉（痛，痒，灼热等）反应程度较大，所以对脚用刑能最大程度的给受刑者更多的痛苦，而对其人身伤害程度减到最低。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三十三条主刑的种类如下：（一）管制；（二）拘役；（三）有期徒刑；（四）无期徒刑；（五）死刑。
