释义	失职造成珍贵文物损毁、流失罪是指文物行政部门、公安机关、工商行政管理部门、海关、城乡建设规划部门等国家机关工作人员严重不负责任，造成珍贵文物损毁或者流失，后果严重的行为。涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案：1、导致国家一、二、三级珍贵文物损毁或者流失的；2、导致全国重点文物保护单位或者省、自治区、直辖市级文物保护单位损毁的；3、其他后果严重的情形。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百一十九条国家机关工作人员严重不负责任，造成珍贵文物损毁或者流失，后果严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
