释义	现金支票不可以背书转让，现金类的金融票据都不能转让，但是转账支票可以背书转让，用于支取现金的支票不能转让。因为如果转让的话就会扩大支票的使用范围。法律依据：《中国人民银行支付结算办法》第二十七条票据可以背书转让，但填明“现金”字样的银行汇票、银行本票和用于支取现金的支票不得背书转让。
