释义	一般来说家庭暴力的等级划分以伤害的标准(《人体轻伤标准》、《人体重伤标准》)和暴力持续(连续)的时间来划分家庭暴力的等级。 (一)轻微暴力。偶然实施暴力、造成轻微伤的。 (二)一般暴力。造成轻伤害的。 (三)严重暴力。造成重伤的，或者虽然没有造成严重伤害但是属于长期进行肉体和精神摧残情形的。 (四)极端暴力。致人严重残疾甚至死亡的。区分家庭暴力的等级的意义在于，确定施暴者的法律责任以及被害人获得赔偿、救助的标准。
