释义	法律分析：医保可以断交三个月。医疗保险的保险期限是不会被作废的，被保险人只要在医疗保险的年度之内中断保险没有超过三个月的，就可以继续支付医疗保险的费用，中断前后的连续的保险时间一起进行计算。如果超过了三个月，则被保险人只能够重新进行参保。医疗保险规定，被保险人从没有及时地足额地缴纳医疗保险费的那个月开始就已经终止了医疗保险待遇。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十三条职工应当参加职工基本医疗保险，由用人单位和职工按照国家规定共同缴纳基本医疗保险费。
