释义	法律分析：机动车驾驶人有下列违法行为之一，一次记3分：驾驶机动车不按规定超车、让行的，或者逆行的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十五条机动车、非机动车实行右侧通行。逆向行骏的车辆处20元以上20元以下罚款。机动车逆向行驶，扣3分。在高速公路上逆行，扣12分，罚款200元。第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
