释义	法律分析：一般认为是法院可能要判决实刑，为了保障刑事诉讼的正常进行变更的强制措施之前取保候审的，开庭前逮捕羁押，很有可能要判实刑，法院担心开庭时找不到人，所以先关起来。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第九十五条犯罪嫌疑人、被告人被逮捕后，人民检察院仍应当对羁押的必要性进行审查。对不需要继续羁押的，应当建议予以释放或者变更强制措施。有关机关应当在十日以内将处理情况通知人民检察院。
