释义	法律分析：结合犯，是指基于刑法明文规定的具有独立构成要件且性质各异的数个犯罪(即原罪或被结合之罪)之间的客观联系，并依据刑事法律的明文规定，将其结合成为另一包含与原罪相对应的且彼此相对独立的数个构成要件的犯罪(即新罪或结合之罪)，而行为人以数个性质不同且能单独成罪的危害行为触犯这一新罪名的犯罪形态。加重犯指具有法定从重或加重处罚情节的犯罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第六十二条犯罪分子具有本法规定的从重处罚、从轻处罚情节的，应当在法定刑的限度以内判处刑罚。
