释义	具有血缘关系的亲属关系不能通过法律手段解除。比如对父母的赡养，是一种法定义务，不履行是应当承担民事责任的，情节严重构成遗弃罪，还要承担刑事责任。如果是收养关系，收养关系解除时或收养关系解除后，可解除赡养关系。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十四条有负担能力的祖父母、外祖父母，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年孙子女、外孙子女，有抚养的义务。有负担能力的孙子女、外孙子女，对于子女已经死亡或者子女无力赡养的祖父母、外祖父母，有赡养的义务。
