释义	法律分析：本人写遗嘱的，不需要公证。我国的遗嘱方式有很多种，当事人可以根据自身情况选择其中的一种，当事人选择自书遗嘱的，只需要按照法律的规定来写，不需要去办理公证登记，只有选择公证遗嘱，遗嘱人才必须去公证机关办理公证登记。因此只有公证遗嘱需要办理公证登记，其他的遗嘱方式不需要办理公证登记，只要符合法律规定，应当具有法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十四条自书遗嘱由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日。第一千一百三十九条公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机构办理。
