释义	法律分析：房屋居住权是房屋所有人针对某一人而设立的用益物权，所以房屋的居住权是不能转让或者继承的。现在有些特殊的房屋居住权有特定的限制条件，比如公租房、带有单位福利性质的住房、干休所的一些房屋，都有一些限制继承的条件，如果是这样的房屋，就不能继承，也就不能由子女继续居住。法律依据：《民法典》第三百六十九条，居住权不得转让、继承。设立居住权的住宅不得出租，但是当事人另有约定的除外。（《民法典》生效时间为2021年1月1日）
