释义	法律分析：装修人从事住宅室内装饰装修活动，搭建建筑物、构筑物算违章建筑。法律依据：《住宅室内装饰装修管理办法》第六条装修人从事住宅室内装饰装修活动，未经批准，不得有下列行为：（一）搭建建筑物、构筑物；（二）改变住宅外立面，在非承重外墙上开门、窗；（三）拆改供暖管道和设施；（四）拆改燃气管道和设施。本条所列第（一）项、第（二）项行为，应当经城市规划行政主管部门批准；第（三）项行为，应当经供暖管理单位批准；第（四）项行为应当经燃气管理单位批准。
