法律分析：
“灰色收入不一定都是犯法的，灰色收入一种是既不合法也不合理的收入，是间接或变相获得的某种贿赂，应予以杜绝；一种是合理但不规范的收入，应加以规范和管理。灰色收入是指为来路不明、没有记录在案、没有纳税、游离在申报之外的个人隐秘收入。”
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第一千一百二十三条 对属于灰色收入的“不明来源财产”的最高刑期为5年。
