营业执照注销后美团外卖还可以营业吗?？

法律分析：
不可以。营业执照注销后，不能从事营业活动，否则属于无证经营，会进行处罚。公司法人注销时主体资格消灭，自此，不能再以该公司名义进行任何民事活动，亦不具有诉讼主体资格。公司吊销营业执照后、注销前，不能进行与清算无关的活动，但是，可以作为诉讼主体。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例》 第二十条 企业法人歇业、被撤销、宣告破产或者因其他原因终止营业，应当向登记主管机关办理注销登记。
