释义	法律分析：一般为认定后的下个月开始补发。法律依据：《机关事业单位工作人员基本养老保险经办规程》第四十九条社保经办机构应通过资格认证工作，不断完善退休人员信息管理，对发生变更的及时予以调整并根据资格认证结果进行如下处理：（一）退休人员在规定期限内通过资格认证且符合养老保险待遇领取资格的，继续发放养老保险待遇。（二）退休人员在规定期限内未认证的，社保经办机构应暂停发放基本养老金。退休人员重新通过资格认证后，从次月恢复发放并补发暂停发放月份的基本养老金。
