释义	现在还有判重婚罪的。对有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，按重婚罪论处。如果有下列情形之一的，则对方构成重婚罪。夫妻关系中无过错方对有重婚婚行为的配偶在离婚时可以要求损害赔偿。 1、配偶的双方或一方，婚姻关系尚未解除，又与他人办理结婚登记; 2、虽未办理结婚登记，但在事实上同他人以夫妻名义同居生活。对违反一夫一妻制的行为，婚姻登记机关不予登记。【法律依据】《刑法》第二百五十八条，有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
