法律分析：
如果客勤比较紧张，或者顾客已经在客房内呆过，并且使用过房间内的一些物品，影响到了第二次使用，那么我们可能就不会考虑退房了。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国旅馆业治安管理办法》 第六条 旅馆接待旅客住宿必须登记，登记时，应当查验旅客的身份证件，按规定的项目如实登记。接待境外旅客住宿，还应当在24小时内向当地公安机关报送住宿登记表。
